 How To Use Micro centrifuge machine in lab?

        Using of micro centrifuge:

     You are going to use a new piece of lab equipment today it is a micro centrifuge . if you push down on here it will open the lid

please don't just try to pry it open you have to push this and then you can gently lift the lid and then it has a power button but it won't turn on unless you plug it in there's the power supply on the back you'll be given your power cord just like the heat block plug it in .

        So, when you use this it's very important that the tubes are placed in here across from each other to balance so you will be placing one milliliter of your yeast solution to start with again stir it make sure it's good and stirred so the micro pipette you've used this but you've never really measured with it so this mark right here is very small it's the last mark at the top that is one milliliter so you will apply a little bit of pressure at the top put this in the bottom and then you will let go and get one milliliter.

          Now a lot of you will try to get exactly one milliliter and you should and then if you pull it up higher it's okay but kind of push down and see oh that's perfect look at that one milliliter you will transfer this one milliliter of solution to this Eppendorf tube and there you go one milliliter and then you're gonna snap oh these are really hard the cap on you will put it in the micro centrifuge and then uh the partners across from you should be doing the same thing again you will get one milliliter and notice if it goes up it's okay as long as when you push it down it goes from there to one milliliter transfer and it should go across the other thing you should know is the little hinge should go at the top so the hinges at the top the hinges at the top they are across from each other you close the lid tightly.

      And you will press start and you will time for two minutes somebody should set the timer for two minutes after two minutes press the power off wait until it's done spinning give it a second there it is and then you will open the container .
